Prefabricated PURF-insulated tube manufacturing and supplies to Moscow
Prefabricated PURF-insulated tubes are steel tubes with PURF insulation with external protection PE sheath (for underground installation) or GS cladding (for overground installation).
For selection of prefab PURF-insulated items for projects in Moscow Oblast, the conveyed medium properties and the climate of the region must be considered since the climate directly stipulates the insulation type selection.
The types standard (1) and heavy-duty (2) have different insulation shell thickness. This, in its turn, influences the OD of the PE sheath and GS cladding of the tubes and the fittings, the consumption of PUR components and, in the long run, the final purchase order price.
The climate of Moscow Oblast is moderately continental, with express seasonal character. The average annual air temperature is 5.8 deg. C, the annual precipitation level is 707 mm. In such climate, GOST 30732-2020 recommends tubes and fittings with type 1 insulation.

We understand that it is not so easy to consider all details in purchase orders with many positions, or when you make your first selection of prefabricated PURF-insulated piping items. We assist you in detailed design analysis: we consult you, select the required fittings, calculate the number of the joint insulation kits (JIK) and the freight price to Moscow or any other location in Russia.
Why should prefab PURF-insulated piping items be better ordered directly from us, if your location is Moscow?
‘Saverhot’ is one of Russia’s largest piping insulation factories. Our capacities enable us to manufacture up to 2,400 m tubes and up to 200 fittings per shift (e.g., dia. 32, 45, 57 mm).
But it is not the quantity that really matters. The quality is our main commitment! That is why we process only certified factory-made steel tubes, primary PE granulates, and refrigerant-based PUR foaming agent.
How does the shipment reach Moscow?
On our trucks, we can deliver products to an object in North Ossetia within an average of 6 days. We also consider delivery by your vehicles, a river vessel, a ferry or on winter ice roads.
How to contact us
