PUF ZP elbows
A prefab PUF-insulated steel elbow with zink plated sheath is an element for direction change of water, gas and crude oil (product) supply lines. It is made of a steel tube section insulated with a PUR foam layer clad with galvanized steel sheet.

The designation of prefab PUF-insulated steel elbows in galvanized steel cladding consists of the following characters:
1. Elbow 90 is elbow angle (in degrees);
2. «09G2S» is the steel grade
3. «GOST 8732-78» is the State Standard for steel seamless hot-milled tube;
4. «219» is the workpiece tube dia. in mm;
5. «6,0» is the wall thickness of the workpiece tube, in mm;
6. «1» – is the insulation type;
7. «PUF ZP» stands for PUF insulation clad with galvanized steel sheet.
Applications
Basically, prefab PUF-insulated GS-clad steel elbows are manufactured in accordance with GOST 17375-2001, however manufacturing after GOST 30753 is also possible.
The standard PUF density is 60 kg/m3.
