Where is your factory based and which regions do you operate in?
Our production site is based in Polevskoy, Sverdlovsk region. It is located close to major steel mills and M5 federal motorway. We ship pipes all across Russia using our own trucks. Average delivery time is 5 days.
What discounts from the list price can you offer?
We do not run a discount system. We prefer a negotiable pricing policy with discounts always based on the ordered volumes and delivery terms.
Are pipes in stock or do you have to wait? What are the lead times?
Typically, we have between 2,500 and 4,000 tons of pipe in stock, and we replenish it with commonly used items. The minimum period to apply the insulation is 2 days. In the high season it is 10 to 14 days.
What are the payment terms? Can you defer payment?
We work on a prepaid basis. If the order amount is more than one million, we divide the payment in 2 or 3 steps. We work with deferred payment under Federal Laws 223 and 44.
